Agent Funding

Type
  • This is your meeting type for each funding option.
Priority
  1. The first way you will be billed for your meetings. If it's being funded by an agency or if it’s self-funded.
  2. this will be the second way we will try to bill for meetings if the first priority is out of
Cost
  • This is the billed amount for each type of meeting.
Agent Purchase Required
  • Is agent required to make a purchase to receive a meeting?
        Agent self-pay - Yes

        Marketing company paying part - Yes

        Marketing company is funding 100% - No
Marketing Company Funded
  • Is the marketing company funding any part of meetings?
Marketing Company Co-op
  • This is the amount of money the marketing company is contributing towards the meeting cost.
Agent Cost
  • This is the cost of the meeting that the agent will be responsible for after any Marketing Company Co- op payments.
Marketing Funding Remaining
  • This is the total amount of funds that are left from the marketing company. Once these funds are exhausted, the Marketing company will need to request for Medicare Express to add more funds.
  • Red Asterisk means that the funds will be shared between those funds marked meeting types.
Self-Funded Balance Remaining
  • This is the total amount of funds left from agent purchase.
  • Once these funds are exhausted agents will need to click on the “Continue Purchasing  Funds” button at the bottom of the screen.
  • Red Asterisk means that the funds will be shared between those marked meeting types.
