My name is Liza Pedraza, and I am a full-service licensed real estate agent in Florida, specializing in residential real estate. With over three decades of experience, I represent buyers and sellers with a comprehensive approach that includes expertise in title closings, mortgages, and financial services. I began my real estate career at the age of 17 and have developed a deep passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of real estate transactions.
In addition to my real estate career, I have a strong interest in natural medicine, which I began exploring in 2016. This interest led me to pursue a career in financial services in 2018, recognizing the vital connection between health and wealth. After all, we need good health to enjoy our wealth and sufficient wealth to fully engage in the activities we love. My dual focus on health and financial well-being has proven invaluable, particularly in situations where clients need to improve their health to qualify for specific financial products.
